Mr. Betts is a graduate of the FBI National Academy's 173rd session in Quantico Virginia. He has also received training with the New York City Police Department, the United States Drug Enforcement Administration, the Suffolk County District Attorneys' Office, the Suffolk County Police Department, New York State Organized Crime Task Force, New York State Police Department, Southampton Town and Village Police Departments, Suffolk County Medical Examiner, International Association of Chiefs of Police, United States Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and others, all providing him with a unique perspective of the criminal justice system.

David Betts PCI, CPP, CHS III is the Chief Investigator and CEO of Columbo and Holmes.
